Fatburger AND Sonic coming to town?

Why yes. Re: Sonic, quoth the Trib:

Her son told her to come but he gave her the wrong address and she’s not clairvoyant and he’s an air traffic controller and that’s a hard job and she first tried Sonic when he was training in Oklahoma and she loves, loves, loves Sonic and do you know if there’s a Sonic in the Twin Cities and she used to drive a bus and she can’t wait for Sonic to open and she’s driving a van now but unfortunately it’s not big enough to push over a Dumpster. And then, abruptly, she moved off toward a Sonic employee.

The mind boggles.

Update: Yeah, last weekend we found ourselves in deep Aurora where the world turns quickly from strip malls to rural in a heartbeat. That’s where, along with a Walmart Supercenter, we found a 45-minute wait JUST for the Sonic. Yep. No. No. No.
