Live from Chicago

Took these pix with my cellphone:

This is a shot from one of the many galleries on Halsted near 18th we hung out at tonight, me, Mots, and Yokota. The show that drew me to the area, Mots, Raettig, Jamie, their pals, at this gallery, was nice. Good crowd attending too.

And this is a shot a week or two ago from Devon near Western, the ginormous Sahil boutique, in the heart of the city’s South Asian cultural epicenter. Who knew that this city was doing enough business in South Asian men and women’s finery to have such a glorious store?
